Sensual pleasure –Lowest level (eating, meeting, sleeping ) 10mnt or 1hr

Mental pleasure-little high (Watching Movies, cricket) few day

Intellectual pleasure-highest(codding, scientific way of thinking ) few month or year

Spiritual pleasure-

Top most level of pleasure (out of body Experience we are not a body we are soul) years and years life after life we enjoy this pleasure. And this increase never lost. Then we got out from the greatest unsolved problem of the world birth, old age, disease and death.
